We are a family-run business founded by father-and-daughter team Roger and Erika Reyes, bringing together decades of legal experience and a strong foundation in business, communication, and client service.
Roger Reyes
Co-founder
Practicing lawyer in the Philippines since 1975. Roger began his career at his father Rodolfo Reyes’ firm, Reyes and Reyes Law Offices, and brings a deep understanding of the legal system, professional relationships, and the realities of handling matters in the Philippines.
Erika Reyes
Co-founder
Erika built her career in business, sales, relationship management, and client service. She knows what people need most when handling important matters from afar: communication, accessibility, trust, and someone who is present.
Together, Roger’s legal experience and Erika’s business and client-service background became the foundation for Bridging Solutions.
Inspired by personal experience
The idea for Bridging Solutions came from Erika’s own experience. While living in the United States and trying to sell her own property in the Philippines, she saw firsthand how difficult it can be to manage an important matter from thousands of miles away. Communication gaps, long periods without updates, and uncertainty about what was happening created frustration and anxiety.
That experience sparked a question:
Someone who could help facilitate communication, stay connected to the process, and make sure they never felt forgotten simply because they were overseas. That is where Bridging Solutions comes in.
